Creation, innovation and energy performance are the forces driving our development.
Innovation
At the heart of what we do is our commitment to continuing innovation.
Our continuing innovation in air quality and energy efficiency
This ultra-light plenum made from recycled textile replaces traditional metal plenums
Plumbox, the first plenum for air diffusers made from 100% recycled textile
This revolutionary plenum fits in an A4 envelope! Weighing just 145 g, PLUMBOX also stands out thanks to its ultra compact shape. Unlike traditional metal plenums, which feature a bulky design and can weigh up to 10 kg, PLUMBOX’s lightweight design significantly facilitates the installation process.
Its exceptionally compact design means it is easy to handle, transport and store, in marked contrast to conventional plenums.
Its simplified installation does not require any special tools: PLUMBOX is made of polyester and is easily attached to the diffusion terminal unit via a self-gripping fastening system (removing the need for self-drilling screws). As it is equipped with an elastic collar, connecting the PLUMBOX to the ventilation duct is a simple task for which no tools are needed, and adjustments can be made to suit varying joint sizes. Its compact size makes handling the diffuser during installation onto a suspended ceiling significantly easier.
The new generation of compact energy recovery units with Eurovent-certified counter-flow exchanger
R-COVERY, High-performance energy recovery units for convenient building ventilation and indoor air quality.
The R-COVERY® dual-flow unit range has been designed with an ECM motor fan and a Eurovent-certified aluminium plate heat exchanger in order to effectively recover the heat and cold from the extracted air to heat or cool the fresh air, while also reducing energy consumption.
By recovering the heat or cold from the ambient air, R-COVERY® dual-flow units help to keep the temperature at a stable level, for improved comfort. It also helps to reduce the need for heating or air conditioning, thus reducing energy bills.
The two-stage filtration system ensures high-quality filtration by capturing a wide range of pollutants and contaminants, thereby significantly improving the indoor air quality in buildings. By using a coarse filter on the first filtration stage, you can replace more expensive filters less often, leading to savings on maintenance costs.
Our control system with a 5-inch remote control and an intuitive interface offers several advantages, including ease of use, increased precision, optimised performance, energy savings management, ease of maintenance and the option to adjust the system as your requirements change.
Reconciling performance, utility and design
Filtering ceiling for professional kitchens with automatic cleaning system for filters
This filtering ceiling provides optimal capture and comfort, fully integrated into the kitchen.
It is an all-in-one product for capture, compensation, lighting and maintenance in the kitchen.
Its custom design allows for a certain amount of modulation of the kitchen, whilst maintaining the high level of pollutant capture.
It creates a bright, open workspace for maximum comfort in the kitchen.
A dedicated solution for heating, cooling and air quality improvement
Air vector heating with filtration of pollen and fine particles
The new air vector heating and cooling system improves the indoor air quality of collective housing.
Perfectly suited to modern, highly insulated buildings, this system diffuses a gentle, uniform heat throughout the apartment, using a network of ducts within a suspended ceiling and diffusers, without inertia, thereby avoiding the need to fit radiators on the walls.
A complete solution offering purification scenario programming, depending on the outdoor pollution levels, which can trap up to 85% of fine particles in each cycle.
The advanced features can be controlled intuitively, making occupants’ daily lives easier
Combining optimum comfort and energy efficiency in shared housing
Smart ventilation unit
CERA (Central Energy Recovery Air flow) is a total ventilation concept designed for use in stacked housing. The primary system recovers heat in the air handling unit and keeps duct static pressure to a minimum.
Air balancing is carried out by measuring the supply air in the rooms and by controlling return air based on this. The CERA system: a highly energy-efficient system that helps your building achieve a green certification.
Environment
Airvance Group is committed to the fight against climate change.
Our aim is to improve the energy efficiency of buildings and reduce the environmental impact of our products and activities.
Alongside our energy saving policy, the electrification of our vehicle fleet, our waste reduction programme and our building renovation plans, we have also carried out an analysis of our Carbon Footprint. As a result, our main challenge going forward continues to be reducing the environmental impact of the products we design, manufacture and sell.
To achieve this, we have undertaken an ecodesign process for our products, including the drafting of a PEP (Product Environmental Profile). This helps us measure the environmental impact of our products through their life cycle, from design, manufacture, transport and use to end-of-life.
In addition to this, we determine the eco-design criteria we would like to include in our design and development process for new products, and we also apply these principles to our packaging.
