Airvance Group announces the signing of a strategic agreement to acquire Saint-Gobain’s HVAC distribution activities in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The completion of this transaction, expected by the end of May 2026 subject to regulatory approvals, marks a significant milestone in the Group’s European development.
