We listen to our employees and develop a healthy and pleasant working environment, with the ambition that 100% of our eligible subsidiaries will be certified as Great Places to Work by 2030.
Local engagement with our ecosystem: We remain connected to our local ecosystem and develop employee satisfaction through our local involvement. By 2030, 100% of our subsidiaries will be involved in a local cause and will enable their employees to contribute to it.
Skills development: We give each of our employees the opportunity to learn by maintaining their employability through regular skills development, with the goal that 50% of employees will receive at least 4 hours of non-mandatory training per year by 2030.
Our ambition: to make the AIRVANCE Group “A Good Place to Breathe,” where everyone can thrive professionally while contributing to a meaningful business project.
